Our Philosophy

As the world of business moves faster and becomes more competitive, having a Business Coach is no longer a luxury; it has become a necessity!!!!!!! Whether it's KAIZEN or someone else, everyone should have a professional coach.

We know that somewhere, just beyond our comfort zone, lies our true potential. Reaching it on our own is virtually impossible.

Someone once said that "no organization can rise above the key constraints of it's leadership". Many of us in business would be happy just to know we had a great plan and were following it. We've all heard the old saying that "when the student is ready the teacher will appear". At KAIZEN, we believe we are our biggest competitor.

The role of KAIZEN Business Development is to coach business owners to play their game at a higher level, using sound principles, and proven programs and methods.

KAIZEN Business Development will not only show you how to increase your business revenues and profits, but also how to develop your business so that you as the owner can work less and have more time for family, friends, and hobbies.

KAIZEN Business Development makes business fun again for entrepreneurs and professionals across the Okanagan Valley by providing the structure and support that leads to real and meaningful results in the lives and businesses of real people.

Our Vision

Creating a healthy community, through personal growth and business development.

On a more personal level....

“I’ve known what it’s like to work hard for long hours, feeling frustrated and in demand, lacking focus and direction and escaping in the delusion of procrastination while kidding myself that I was doing all that I could.”

Getting involved with Business Coaching, I learned what no school or university taught - that I was in control. I learned skills and ways of thinking that I didn’t know existed. I love being a coach because I enjoy watching people, as they realize they can achieve their dreams.

I’ve now been happily married to my wife Angie for eighteen years and have two beautiful children, Theo, and Dia. We relocated back to Canada from New York in 2002 to set down roots, establish my Coaching practice and raise our children in Kelowna.” Life is very good.
